We have 3 main types of events where our office brings students together with the business world; After reviewing our events, you can fill out our Institution Contact Form below to keep in touch with us.

1. Career Fairs:

At the fairs, companies open booths, meet with students and distribute application forms etc. If they wish, they can also conduct job or internship interviews with them through the student applications we receive in advance according to the disciplines the companies want. The companies can make introductory presentations, workshops on education, personal development or technical subjects. There is a participation fee for such events, which is determined by the university board of directors every year. Our fairs usually take place in the fields of Engineering/Science and Economics and Administrative Sciences/Social Sciences, but they are also organized for Health, Tourism and two-year (associate degrees) programs. Event contents may vary according to the fairs. Companies can also reach our students through Regional Career Fairs, which are coordinated by the Presidential Human Resources Office and in which we take part in the organization process.

2. Presentation Meetings and Interview/Exam Organizations:

If the company is only interested in a specific discipline or subject, the students of the department they are interested in can attend an introductory presentation. The time and location are arranged by our office and our academic representetatives specially for the interested students, and if they wish, the company officials can also organize Job/Internship Interviews with the students after this presentation.

The announcement regarding the employment need of the company is made available to our students and graduates through the portal yetenekkapisi.org developed by the Human Resources Office of the Presidency of the Republic of Türkiye.

Registering to Yetenek Kapisi Portal and Posting Job/internship and Event Announcements:

1.GO TO YETENEKKAPISI.ORG, SELECT THE “EMPLOYER” OPTION, CLICK ON THE “EMPLOYER REGISTRATION” BUTTON AND FILL OUT THE FORM WITH YOUR CORPORATE INFORMATION (YOU MUST HAVE A CORPORATE WEB PAGE AND CORPORATE E-MAIL ADDRESS)
2.FILL IN YOUR PROFILE INFORMATION AND CONTACT “DOKUZ EYLÜL UNIVERSITY” FROM THE “UNIVERSITIES” SECTION SO THAT WE CAN REACH YOU
3. AFTER YOUR APPROVAL, WE WILL RECEIVE YOUR REQUESTS FOR JOB, INTERNSHIP, AND EVENT ANNOUNCEMENTS.
4. AFTER REVIEWING YOUR ANNOUNCEMENTS, WE WILL APPROVE THEM. AFTER THIS STAGE, YOUR ANNOUNCEMENTS WILL BE VISIBLE TO THE TARGET GROUP YOU SPECIFIED IN THE ANNOUNCEMENT.

3.b. Office Announcements

In addition, the advertisements aiming for comprehensive employment and for which companies collect applications from their corporate web pages are published on our website by our office, announced to the representative lecturers and students of the relevant student / graduate audience, the advertisement can be distributed to the whole university by mail if it is in print format, and the advertisement is announced on our Facebook, Linked-in, Twitter and Instagram social media accounts.
